The focus on getting APRN’s to work at agencies targets money, benefits, telepsychiatry and hybrid models, and sometimes college reimbursement. While all agencies have much of this to offer, and many times all of these great opportunities, the one thing agencies consistently lack is APRN retention. APRN's are hired to “prescribe” and are often working on an island with no communication amongst each other and teams. Leadership struggles to keep them on board. With these prescribers leaving not only does cost add up, but client risks and dissatisfaction becomes a part of this unsettled environment. Leadership is under stress to resolve situations within an APRN talent war so to speak and are often left to the demise of paying high cost recruiters. This is because no one has shown leadership how to set up a thriving, organized environment that targets APRN raw talent, allows them to grow in their role, and supports prescriber's to become a team that stays! I am here to show you how to be that leader who knows what it takes to make this happen!
